Terms of use

These terms apply to AppSpend Sentinel (the "app"), provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we"). By installing the app you agree to them. Contact: help@elektraset.com.

What the app does

The app keeps your own register of the apps you pay for, reads billing emails and bill files that you send in, reminds you before trials end and renewals, flags charges that do not match your register, keeps your cancellation evidence and prepares refund or dispute requests.

What the app does not do

  • It does not cancel, block or refund charges of other apps. Shopify offers no way for one app to do this. You stay responsible for cancelling apps and for paying your bills.
  • It does not see your Shopify bill or vendor accounts by itself. It only knows what you enter, forward, paste, upload or import.
  • Reading emails and files is automatic and can miss or misread a charge or a date. Check important dates and amounts yourself.
  • A refund packet is a draft for you to review and send. We do not represent you, and we do not promise that a developer, vendor, Shopify or a bank will refund a charge.
  • Nothing in the app is legal or financial advice.

Plans and billing

  • Free: up to 5 apps, 20 emails or files per 30 days, 1 refund packet per 30 days.
  • Pro: 9 USD every 30 days, billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, with a 7-day free trial: unlimited apps, a private forwarding address, 1,000 emails or files per 30 days, unlimited refund packets and file evidence.
  • You can switch to Free in the app at any time; uninstalling the app also cancels the subscription. Charges already billed by Shopify follow Shopify's billing terms.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the app; changes apply to the next billing period.

Your content

You keep all rights to the data you put into the app. You give us the right to process it only to provide the app (see the privacy policy). Do not send in data you are not allowed to share, and do not send in your customers' data.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forwarding address (for example for spam), try to access another store's data, or overload the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and correct, but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for charges made by third parties. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend use that breaks these terms. We will give 30 days' notice if we stop the app.

Law

Slovak law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country remain. Courts of Slovakia have jurisdiction unless the law says otherwise.
